Phase 1: Case studies to illustrate the use of imagery to strengthen resources such as the “perfect nurturer” and figures for strength, protection and compassion; case studies to provide an overview of imagery rescripting to enhance self-efficacy, mastery & control
Phase 2: Case studies to illustrate the use of imagery to process and update memories, imagery in reliving, imagery to enhance verbal “updating” in reliving, imagery to manage hyper-arousal/over-engagement with memories; a group imagery rescripting exercise.
